It’s no secret I LOVE denim, and jeans in particular are my favourites to wear. I’m always on the hunt for the perfect pair of jeans, and while I’m a loyal Jeans West addict, I’ve found a new favourite pair from a totally different brand….
I first saw these perfect ripped jeans on the Glassons site and fell in love with them. These are the Ripped Super Skinny Jean in Presley Blue and they are a gorgeous mid-blue. They are quite distressed through the fronts of both legs and have a raw hem on the bottom. I love this style and I feel distressing like this is quite versatile as these type of jeans can be dressed up or down.
Here’s how I style ripped jeans…..
A white cotton shirt and jeans is such a classic combo and it’s super easy to wear too! I love doing a half tuck on my shirts, so tucking in the front part and leaving the back part out. It’s also looks cute tied at the front too! For a more casual look, pair with sneakers or low heels, and a fedora. For a more dressy style, try gold jewellery, heels, and a handbag!
The best bit about a white shirt and distressed jeans combo is you can either run with black or tan for accessories! This is also a totally practical #mumlife outfit, as it’s nice and comfy and easy to run around after kids in, while still looking totally on point.
These jeans are seriously a perfect fit, they are so flattering through the legs and the bum. I’m 163cm and these are just below ankle length on me, which gives me the option to either roll up for summer, or tuck into ankle boots in winter. How good would it be if Glassons started doing multi-length jeans? I’d love a short/ankle option.
While I’m sort of in-between sizes, based on the comments I sized down and bought a pair and I’m really happy with my choice. You can find more sizing info below.
I’ll be honest, I haven’t bought Glassons jeans for years, but I’m actually really impressed with the quality for the price. These are a nice soft denim, and the cut and fit of the jeans is perfect.

Fit tips: I am usually a size 6, and in jeans I have both size 6 and 7 jeans, depending on brand. Glassons only go up in 6,8,10 etc sizings, so I was tossing up between the size 6 and the size 8. I went with the size 6 and I’m glad I sized down as these fit perfectly. The first time I pulled them on they were a wee bit tight, but they are quite stretchy, so definitely size down if you are inbetween.
