I wrote about this product in my February Favourites post, however since it’s a product I reach for so often, I figured it deserved a post of it’s own. It’s likely you’ve probably heard of skincare brand Tailor Skincare, but did you know that they are now creating natural makeup? One of their first products is this new Glow Pot and it’s seriously a stunner.
There are three shades, and I have Astra, which is the most beautiful mauve pink. It has a delicate shimmer to it that allows it to be worn as a blush, highlight, and even lip colour depending on your skin tone. I personally have been reaching for this as my blush and lip tint almost every day lately, and I love the soft flush of colour it gives me.
If you are someone who enjoys a blinging highlight, then this probably isn’t the product for you. While it illuminates the skin beautifully, it does so in a very natural, lit-from-within way. If I’m after more of an intense highlight, I’ll often use the Glow Pot but then apply an additional highlighter over the top.
The Tailor Skincare Glow Pot in Astra is completely natural and is formulated with rich, skin-loving ingredients like Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Oil, and Coconut Oil. With all these oils you may be forgiven for thinking that this product could be heavy on the skin, but that’s so far from the truth. It’s incredibly light and blends into the skin beautifully.
I honestly can’t rave about this product enough and it’s quickly become one of my makeup bag staples. The two other shades, Solar and Luna, also look stunning and I think I will have to try them out at some stage too!
