Pretty sure you guys will already know how much I love Kiwi brand Love Knot War. I have so many of their clothes now and they are some of my most-reached for items (check out these posts for more LKW styling inspo). Their Summer release of the Black Label collection might be my favourite to date! They have released a heap of new skirts, dresses, kimonos and tees – all in beautiful summery fabrics and patterns!
Aly, creator of Love Knot War and LKW Black Label, kindly sent me a couple of their new skirts, which I’ve styled below for you guys. The two styles I received are the Sunrise Skirt – a beautiful mustard yellow leopard print pattern! It’s bright and just screams summer! I also have the Lucy Floral Skirt which is a bright mid-blue with a delicate white floral.

Both skirts are a straight style skirt, that hit about mid-thigh, making them the perfect mini length! They are both made from a light chiffon-style fabric and have a lining so you don’t need to worry about anything being see-through! Both skirts have pockets on either side (winning, you guys know I LOVE pockets!) and both have a button up detail down the front of the skirt. They are fitted through the front of the skirt and have an elasticated waist through the back, making them super comfy!
These skirts are super easy to wear and look cute dressed up or down. For a casual look pair with a tee or a shirt and a pair of slides or sneakers. For a dressier look, pair with heels, a soft chiffon blouse or cami, and jewellery!
Fit tips: I am wearing a size 6 in both skirts. I am normally a size 6 and these fit TTS. I am 163cm (5’4″) and this length is right on mid-thigh for me for the perfect mini length. I always find that both LKW and LKW Black Label brands are always true to size.
