My Summer Welcome to Wellness box has arrived! So naturally I thought I’d share what’s in it and do a little review, as this might be my favourite box to date! This is my third Welcome to Wellness box, which is a subscription box that comes out each season. This quarterly box is Summer themed and is packed full of products that will enhance your health and wellbeing this summer. There’s a good mix of beauty products, lifestyle products, and food products and I always look forward to being able to try a variety of new brands and products that I might not necessarily picked for myself.
ECOTOOLS LIMITED EDITION MYSTIC LUXE DUO BRUSH SET, full size
Not going to lie, I was super excited to see makeup brushes in this box. I’ve been meaning to get some new ones for ages now, and this six pack of brushes covers pretty much all the basics you need including a foundation brush, concealer brush, duo-fibre brush, angled blush brush, eye shading brush and angled liner brush. It also comes with a cute little cosmetic bag. I am yet to try these but they feel super soft!

NUDE BY NATURE SATIN LIQUID LIPSTICK, full size
I love liquid lipstick so I was super keen to try this one out from Nude By Nature which is a completely natural makeup brand. This lippy is designed to give a satin-matte finish (my favourite finish as it doesn’t look too shiny or too flat). It’s a really beautiful colour and really easy to apply!

SHELBY’S COOKIES, full size
I was super excited to try these out as White Chocolate and Raspberry sounded amazing, but I was very disappointed by the amount on packaging. There are 8 cookies in the box and each cookie is individually wrapped in plastic, which I thought was total overkill! The cookies are dairy free, gluten free, and vegan and are quite tasty. They are also only 80 calories per cookie.

EPZEN MAGNESIUM BATH CRYSTALS – RELAX, full size
These are magnesium bath salts and Magnesium is supposed to have a huge effect on your health and wellbeing. Soaking in magnesium is well known to help relax the muscles. These salts are also infused with 100% natural essential oils for the ultimate relaxing pamper session.

SUNSENSE MOISTURISING FACE SPF50+
This high SPF moisturising face lotion is a must have for summer. It’s super important to be wearing sunscreen all year around, but especially in Summer! This one is a broad spectrum sunscreen, designed to be worn under makeup. It is a chemical sunscreen rather than a mineral sunscreen, which I know can influence some peoples purchasing decisions.

SAMSON & CHARLIE FAMOUS 24K GLOW FACIAL ELIXIR, travel size
This oil is a powerhouse full of skin-loving goodies such as watermelon and kiwi seed oil, as well as Vitamins C, B & E. Its designed to work as an anti aging serum, and also contains real 24k gold for extra anti-ageing power. I haven’t tried this one out yet, but I’m excited to!

How did Welcome to Wellness know I needed a new hair mask? Desperately! This luxurious and detoxifying mask contains Bamboo Charcoal, Canadian Willow Herb and Australian Kakadu Plum to cleanse and reduce oils. There’s no harmful sulphates, parabens or salts included. This one leaves your hair feeling soooo soft!

This is a large mesh bag that’s perfect for holding your produce when you are at the supermarket. These are becoming really popular, and with plastic bags becoming banned, its a great way to do your bit for the environment. This can be reused over and over again, and is made from lightweight organic cotton mesh.

Always on the hunt for new collagen powders, I am very keen to give this one a try. I swear by collagen and this one is blended with active botanicals for an overall health boost, as well as helping with the growth of hair and nails. This single serve is a great way to trial this product out

This plant protein powder is made from sprouted and bio-fermented rice, which is certified organic. I find plant protein powders can be a bit hit or miss, so I’m excited to try this one, and the sample size allows me to try the taste and texture before committing to a full size.
