Ever since we found out I was pregnant, I’ve been dying to know what flavour baby will be. I’m probably the most impatient person, and while I do like surprises, there was no way I could hold off until July to find out. So last month at our 20 week anatomy scan, we found out if baby is a boy or girl and it’s a little……. BOY!
I am seriously SO thrilled! I thought right from the start it was a boy, but everyone else thought it was likely to be a girl. Around 16 weeks I started having these random dreams about shopping for girls clothing, so I think I convinced myself it was going to be a girl. I was so thrilled when the sonographer announced that it was a little boy! Of course, they can never be 100% sure, (and you never really know until baby actually arrives!), but they have done a second check at our 24 week scan and again confirmed a boy.
I’ve already started planning the nursery, and I will be doing a full blog post once it’s all finished. We have quite a bit to do on it, because as well as decorating and painting, we are also going to completely re-line the room and get it double-glazed. I can’t wait to share it when it’s done.
So little baby boy will be with us in just a few short months. I can’t wait to meet him, and we already have a name which we both love. I’ve already started calling baby boy by this name, so I think it might stick!
Boys everywhere lately!! All the women Iām working with at moment are having wee boys šš you look absolutely glowing by the way, Iām hanging out for July baby photos haha
