Immunity Support Essentials from HealthPost

Immune Support Supplements from Healthiest

As I type this we have battled yet another week of sickness. I think this is about the third sickness since the start of June, and it literally feels never ending! While both Jack and I eat very healthy and get plenty of fluids, I feel like both of our immune systems need some boosting. I did some research on some of the best reviewed and recommended natural supplements, and placed an order with HealthPost for some immunity support essentials. I love HealthPost as they have a huge range of brands in one place, great sales, and an awesome reward system. Plus their shipping is quick – I placed this order on Sunday afternoon and it was with me by lunchtime on Tuesday!

While I’m still yet to try out these products, I wanted to share what came highly recommended. Once we’ve had the chance to try these out, I’ll write another review on how we found the products. In the meantime, here’s what we ordered.

For Jack I got….

Harker Herbals Children’s ViraGuard: This is designed to boost immunity and also help ward off colds and flus from the first sign of symptoms. I’m going to start Jack on this everyday and see how it goes with warding off bugs and helping him over this current last bit of sickness. After Winter, we’ll have it on hand should he get sick.

Harker Herbals Children’s Chest Soothe Night: When Jack gets sick it always goes straight into his chest and he nearly always gets a really nasty cough as a result. For under 6’s, you can’t use traditional cough syrups and personally I don’t like using them anyway as they suppress a cough and generally prolong the life of the cough. So finding a highly rated natural alternative was an absolute winner for me. I have very high hopes for this product as it’s really what we need most to stop those long nights of coughing during a bout of sickness.

Nutra Organics Berry Immune: We are on to our second tub of this stuff, and I swear by it! When Jack was having this Berry Immune powder on his breakfast every morning he had far less colds and sniffles. We then didn’t repurchase it for a couple of months and bam, he got sick again. So I picked up another one from HealthPost and are back to sprinkling between 1/2 – 1 tsp of it on his breakfast every morning. You can also make it into a drink, and it taste delicious so it’s super easy to get kids to take. Winner!

Immune support supplements from Wild Dispensary

And for myself I got…..

Wild Dispensary Immunity Tonic: I was first introduced to Wild Dispensary when Jack and I modelled for one of their social campaigns late last year. They are Dunedin based too, and all of their herbal formulas are natural and sourced from local areas. The Immunity Tonic has absolutely brilliant reviews on both their website and the HealthPost website. I know I needed something to boost my immunity (as I’ve been getting everything Jack passes on to me), so will be taking this daily over the next month or so. I’ll then have it on-hand to take as needed when either Jack gets unwell or I start to feel under the weather. This is packed with so many goodies and I’ve heard it tastes delicious!

Wild Dispensary Defence Throat Spray: I hate having a sore or scratchy throat, so I grabbed the Wild Dispensary Throat Spray to keep on hand should I start to feel that first niggle of sickness. This one is packed with herbs as well as propolis which is known for reducing bacteria. Again, the reviews were amazing so I feel really confident in my choice with this one! The awesome thing about this product is I can give it to Jack too, so I feel it will be a good thing to have on hand for the rest of Winter.

After we’ve used these products for a while, I’ll definitely be reporting back on my blog and Instagram as to how we found them. I know a lot of other mamas are in the same situation with ongoing sicknesses this winter, and it can be so hard to know what’s worth spending the money on! Watch this space….
