The Snowberry Instant Deep Cleanser

Snowberry Instant Deep Cleanser

Today I wanted to share with you the third and final cleanser that I’ve been trying out from New Zealand skincare brand Snowberry. You can read my reviews of the Gentle Cleanse and Tone and the So Soft Cleanser or get a bit of background information about the Snowberry brand here.  The last cleanser I have to share is the Instant Deep Cleanser, which is a cleanser also designed to remove stubborn makeup. You guys know how much I love my multi-tasking products, so I was very excited to give this one a spin and see how it removed my makeup at the end of the day.

Snowberry Cleansers

The Instant Deep Cleanser is designed to be used on all skin types and can either be used before, or replace completely, your existing cleanser. It’s formulated entirely from herbal oils such as Neem and Passionfruit, that simply melt away makeup, dirt and grime that has accumulated on the skin throughout the day.

Like the other Snowberry products, this cleanser contains no harsh chemicals or ingredients that can cause damage or inflammation to the skin. This makes it a great choice for those with sensitive, acne prone, or ageing skin.

The Instant Deep Cleanser is an interesting consistency; when it comes out of the bottle it’s a bit like a really thick cream. When it’s warmed up against your skin, it transforms into a oil-like substance that just melts away makeup. I use three pumps for my whole face and this removes a full makeup look including my eye makeup. It’s lovely to blend into the skin, and I’m really impressed with how it manages to dissolve even the most stubborn mascara and eyeliner. Then I simply use a warm facecloth to remove the cleanser and all the makeup and dirt it’s managed to melt away.

While you can just rinse your face and leave it there, I generally prefer to do a second cleanse using the So Soft Cleanser. I think I’m just so used to using a seperate makeup remover and cleanser that I almost do this without thinking! However, if I’m pressed for time or if I’m travelling and don’t have a million products with me, then I will only use this product and my skin still feels really nice and clean.

The Instant Deep Cleanser comes in a 50ml pump bottle and retails for $52. At first I wasn’t sure how far a bottle of this will go, but you do need less than you think, so I feel a bottle will still last me a decent amount of time. You can purchase online here.

My sister actually bought the Instant Deep cleanser for me, and I *love it.* For whatever reason, I can never fully get my makeup off at the end of the day—it just *sticks*—but the Instant Deep actually works, and I don’t need to follow it up with anything else. It’s fairly gentle, too, which is nice. It’s def. a bit on the pricey side, but it’s absolutely worth it (in my humble opinion, anyway!). I just got so tired of scrubbing away at the end of the day, and it makes things easier.

It’s so good isn’t it!? I’m impressed with how well it removes makeup, and even the really stubborn eye stuff! I’m so glad you love it too, and thanks for reading! x
