Cardigans are one of my favourite items of clothing to wear, and I swear nothing beats a snuggly cardi on cooler days! I find them one of the most wearable knitwear items, as they can literally be worn year around! I layer up my cardis in winter, and then use them as a throw on piece in summer over dresses or shorts.
One of my favourite places to shop boho cardigans is Salty Crush and they have so many stunning boho cardigans available right now! I have two from their new collection – the Pasadena Cardigan and the Bluefire Cardigan, so I thought I would share how I’m styling both of these right now!
The Pasadena Cardi is a boho babes dream, complete with a stunning geometric print border and tassel detail. I am all about the neutral tones of this beige cardi! It’s super easy to wear, and pairs beautifully with both dark and light jeans, as well as looking super cute paired with a black bodycon dress. I am also dying to wear this in Spring paired with a singlet, distressed denim cut offs and booties! It’s a lighter style cardi, so it will be perfect for all year around wear!
Fit tips: I’m wearing the Small/Medium in this cardi and I’m a size 6. This size would easily fit a 6-10. For reference, I’m also 163cm (5’3″), and the length on this one for me is about knee length which is perfect! I feel like this cardi is the perfect long-line cardi, without swamping a small frame! Love this one so much!
This Bluefire Cardi has gotten me so many compliments, and I’m pretty sure my mum is quite keen to steal it for her own wardrobe! This one is super thick and warm, so perfect for snuggling up in winter! It also comes in two colours – Blue and Vanilla. Sadly, Vanilla which is the one I have, is currently sold out (however these Rainbow Cardis are a super similar style and come in 5 different colours!) This is that cardi that you can throw over everything and feel toasty warm. It’s the perfect lounging around the house cardi, yet is also perfect for pairing with dresses, jeans and booties, or even ponte pants/leggings. This cardi is the perfect all rounder!
Fit Tips: I’m wearing the Small/Medium in this cardigan too and I’m usually a size 6. I’d say this one would fit a size 6-12 quite comfortably. This one is super cute as an oversized look, so if you were around the size 10-12 you could size up for the cute oversized style!
