My New Favourite Cleanser: Acure Sensitive Cleanser

Acure Sensitive Cleanser

I feel like I blog about skincare a lot. It’s really not intentional, but I just am really passionate about natural skincare, and that means I end up trying A LOT of new products. I thought I had settled into a bit of a skincare routine there for a while, until a package showed up on my doorstep from Acure. I’ve used Acure Haircare before, so I was pretty excited to see I had been sent a couple of items from their skincare line. One of these items was the Acure Sensitive Facial Cleanser, and I have to say after using it for a few weeks… I’m already in love.

Acure Organics is a brand that’s affordable and now so much easier to get here in New Zealand, with websites like Oh Natural and Vanilla Bloom selling this brand. It’s also now available in some Farmers stores too. One thing that drew me to Acure Organics initially, was the fact that is was genuinely natural and it was affordable too. Many of the skincare items retail from between $19.99 – $40.00, and the haircare is also affordable at around the $20 mark.

The Sensitive Facial Cleanser is a creamy cleanser that doesn’t really foam up much. It’s very gentle feeling on the skin, and feels very hydrating. It does a good job of removing any last traces of makeup and any oil or dirt on the skin. My skin feels super fresh and smooth when I wash this stuff off. Recently I’ve been using this both morning and night, which is actually quite rare for me, as usually I’ll use a different cleanser each time! At night I use this in conjunction with my Clarisonic for a really deep clean.

Since I’ve been using this cleanser, I’ve noticed that my skin seems to be super happy. It’s feeling nourished and soft and smooth to the touch all of the time. I’ve also had so many compliments on how much better my skin is looking. This paired with the Acure Facial Toner has proven to be the perfect combo.
