This Welcome to Wellness Autumn box mainly focuses on beauty products, with only one full size food product and two sample food products in this box. Generally there is a bit more of a mix of both, but being a beauty lover, I’m always excited to try out some new beauty goodies! This reusable bag is fully sustainable and super cute. It folds up really small so you can keep it in your bag so you never forget your reusable bag! It’s also a really generous size and comes in a beautiful floral print!

The value of this three piece haircare set is incredible! This three-step hair care system by Jeunesse is designed to care for your hair and scalp. It’s infused with HPT-6 which is Jeunesse’s exclusive and revolutionary ingredient, as well as being packed with proven effective botanicals. In this three pack there is the RVL Ultra Refining Shampoo, the RVL Multi-Perfecting Leave in Conditioner, and the RVL Scalp Infusion Treatment. I haven’t yet tried out this trio, but am very excited to!

These cotton buds from Biome are made from panda friendly bamboo and soft cotton. They are sustainable and much more eco friendly than your usual plastic cotton buds. You get 200 in this full size box.

NORSCA 0% ALUMINIUM ROLL ON ROSEWATER & LOTUS, full time
This roll-on is formulated with no aluminium, an ingredient found in many traditional roll ons. This deodorant also contains no parabens or sulphates, but I wouldn’t deem it to be 100% completely natural. I am used to using a natural paste deodorant, so I’ll be honest I found this one a bit wet when I used it (if you are used to normal roll-ons, this won’t bother you). This smells really nice though and it’s nice to see a safer option.

TONIK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CAPSULES, sample size
Apple cider vinegar is so popular at the moment and is renowned for it’s incredible health benefits. Although lets be honest, ACV really doesn’t taste the best! That’s where these capsules from Tonik come in. Completely taste-free, this is a great and easy way to get your daily dose of ACV.

FLOSS MY NEW FAVOURITE LIPGLOSS, full size
I was actually in the market for a new lipgloss, so I’m really excited to try out this pretty pink one from Floss. Designed to be ultra hydrating, it also offers a beautiful shine and a soft pink tint. It’s also a nice small size to pop easily into your bag

UPBEAT HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST POTS, full size
These cute little breakfast pots are a quick and easy way to ensure you have a filling and nutrition breakfast. Packed full of protein, these little pots are vegetarian and 100% clean and good for you. I had the three grains raspberry flavor, and while it wasn’t quite as sweet and fruity as I had hoped, it was definitely filling!

I’ve never really thought much about neck cream, but was quite interested in trying this one out. It’s a specific neck cream and helps to restore and regenerate the skin on your neck (which lets face it, we often forget about!) Necks often show signs of ageing, so this cream helps to prevent wrinkles and saggy skin, by promoting firmer skin – don’t forget your décolletage either!

KNOWISH WELL BEAUTY NECTAR, sample size
This drink is a blend of vitamins, antioxidants and superfoods blended in to one easy drink. Simply mix with water, stir and you are good to go. This tastes really nice and is super easy to drink. It would also be great added to a smoothie etc. This is a great way to test this drink out before committing to the full size.

MY MATCHA FIX ORIGINAL MATCHA GREEN TEA, sample size
Matcha tea is delicious and and so so good for you! Whip it up with some frothy coconut milk for a super healthy drink. This matcha blend is really smooth and I really enjoyed this one!
